All orders are shipped in neutral boxes, without any logo or reference to our store. The contents are completely confidential—not even the mailman will know what's being delivered.

Delivery information

Fast deliveries within 24 hours to mainland Portugal

Provided the following conditions are met:

  • All products are available in stock
  • The order must be placed by 3:30 pm on a business day (except Friday)
  • Payment is immediate (e.g. credit card, MB Way, among others)

This period may vary depending on the shipping method chosen.

Delivery areas

  • Mainland Portugal : carrier (24h service)
  • Azores and Madeira : CTT or carrier
  • International : CTT or carrier (depending on the destination)

Deliveries are made only on business days. Carriers are unaware of the contents of orders.

Shipping costs

  • Portugal (Mainland and Islands) : €4
  • International : €10
  • Cash payment : +€2.50

Prices are subject to change without notice. If the order is not picked up or canceled after shipping, fees may apply.

International orders (outside the European Union)

Orders may be subject to:

  • Import taxes
  • Customs clearance expenses
  • Local storage taxes and fees

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these amounts and cannot predict their costs.

Additional information

You must provide a valid address and be available for pickup during normal delivery hours. Delays caused by absence or incorrect information are your responsibility.

Although rare, logistical issues can occur. In these cases, even if the carrier is responsible, our team is always available to help and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
